This privacy policy applies to the website www.werner-brandl.de. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, IONOS automatically stores information transmitted by your browser: date and time of access, page or file requested, access status, amount of data transferred, previously visited page (referrer), browser type and operating system, and your IP address. The IP address is anonymised so that it cannot be traced back to you. This data is used solely to ensure the secure and error-free operation of the website and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after no more than 8 weeks. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Statistics with IONOS WebAnalytics
We use WebAnalytics by IONOS SE for statistical analysis and the technical optimisation of our website. The following data is collected: previously visited page, page or file requested, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access, and the IP address in anonymised form. The IP address is anonymised immediately after transmission and is used only to determine the approximate location of access. WebAnalytics does not use cookies. It is not possible to identify individual visitors, and no data is passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website does not use cookies.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Disclosure of data
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except to IONOS as a processor as described above, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

You have the right at any time to access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), and to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Right to object
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to info@werner-brandl.de is sufficient.

We have taken organisational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure that the provisions of data protection law are complied with and to protect data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.
